There appears to be a big fascination with the internet application
twitter. I must admit that everytime I hear someone mention tweeter, I wonder about its fascination. Certainly hollywood, washington and many others can be heard talking about their tweets. I am constantly thinking how can business utilize this technology for their gain. Is it more hype than work. Today I read an interesting article on the
comcast twitter team coaching Salesforce.com on ways to integrate twitter with their CRM. I can see this postively affecting customer service. If you know of any other business application of twitter it would be interesting to share it with us.
